• Where we can set Super Recommendations widgets?
  • You can set up widgets on 4 pages like Home page, Product page, Cart & Thank you page. Widget will appear below of the product and cart pages.
• Can I disable product recommendations feature on my Store?
  • Yes! you can disable it from the dashboard anytime. Go to Dashboard --> Theme Integration menu --> Disable setting (Step-1).
• Can I configure the app to show only products from the same brand?
  • Yes, you can configure recommended products based on different conditions like same brand, same keywords, same product type.
    Go to dashboard -> Automatic Recommendation -> Click on the Setting Icon and select preference.
• How many types of recommendations can be displayed on the pages?
  • There are three types of recommendations can be displayed.
    -Recommended products (Auto and manual recommendation).
    -New Arrivals.
    -Top Selling.
• How do manual recommendations work?
  • You can select the main product and respective products manually that you want to show as recommendations on your store. Select the main product to view or configure its manual recommendations. After selecting the main product, you can search for products to be added manually as a recommended product. Path- Just go to the Manual Recommendations section on the dashboard, select main product and then select recommended product which you want to display as a recommendation.
• In which order are recommendations displayed?
  • If you have all types of recommendations enabled, the order will be the following:
    Recommended products (Manual & Automatic recommendations), New arrivals, and Top selling
    Please note that all types of recommendations can be enabled and disabled separately and all together from the Theme Integration menu, Step-1.
• How do you calculate the Sales Generated by Super Recommendations?
  • When someone clicks on a product shown in Super Recommendations widgets, and add it to the cart, and then purchase it.
    then we count it as a sales made by Super Recommendations.
    Although, we don't consider your other products in the order as our sales. We only count the exact product which was clicked by the user.
• Can I get support from you directly?

• Can I change Admin theme?
  • Yes! we have 2 themes for Dashboard. Dark and Light themes.
    To change the theme please follow:- Go to Dashboard --> Settings menu --> Admin theme --> Select your preference.
